This User Agreement ("Agreement") is established between the "User" who downloads the Listen Holy Quran application and Codeida Computer Software Limited Company, located at İçerenköy T.İbrahim Street E5 Side Road Quick Building No: 8/10-D Ataşehir Istanbul ("Company" or "Codeida"). It regulates the terms and conditions of use of the Internet Site and Application and the rights and obligations of the Parties. By visiting the Internet Site and downloading the Application to their mobile device, the User is deemed to have accepted the provisions and conditions of this Agreement.
The Company will provide Users who download the Application with information such as religious knowledge, prayers, calls to prayer, and prayer times. The content provided by the Company is for informative purposes only, and the Company cannot be held responsible for the use of the content by individuals. The Company is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions that may occur in the Application due to the actions of third parties, force majeure, reasons originating from suppliers, connection problems, internet interruptions, etc. The Application is for personal and individual use. Purchases made within the Application will be immediately sent to the user's mobile device. The user may be required to have internet access via Wi-Fi for access to the App Store or Google Play Store applications. The General Terms and Conditions of the App Store and Google Play Store will be applied depending on the type of mobile device and the use of the App Store or Google Play Store. The recommended offers regarding in-app purchases will be valid at the time they are suggested, and these prices may change later. Listen Holy Quran application users are required to update their location information to access the prayer times of their region. Apart from this information, Listen Holy Quran does not request personal information (name, age, interests, email, etc.) from users. Codeida does not share any user information found in feedback emails and social media messages for advertising or commercial purposes without the User's consent.
The User is required to provide location information automatically or manually to access the calls to prayer and prayer times in their location and update it when necessary. The terms and conditions of in-app purchases are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the App Store or Google Play Store. The User confirms that they are over the age of 13. The User must be at least 13 years old to use the Application under any circumstances. Users over the age of 13 but under the age of 18 are assumed to have obtained clear consent from their parent or guardian for this agreement. The User acknowledges and declares that the Application operates with an internet connection, the Application content and visuals are displayed via an internet connection, and the internet usage fees via Wi-Fi or the User's mobile internet package will be covered by the User, and the User has been informed about this. The content available in the Application is for informational purposes only. The User acknowledges and declares that they are aware that the content organized by the Application is for informative purposes only and that the use of the content is entirely their responsibility. The Company may send notifications to the User at any time. If the User registers for the application, their information will not be stored by the Company. If a user who has registered for the application deletes the application but later reinstalls it and returns to membership, it will be through the information stored by third parties such as Apple and Google Play. Codeida analyzes and interprets user movements and preferences as anonymous for the purpose of feedback during application use. These statistical data do not contain personal information and may be used by the company to improve the application to provide a better experience for Listen Holy Quran users.
Listen Holy Quran may occasionally offer various discounts, membership opportunities, etc. campaigns on its website or through the Application for the benefit of Members. All terms and conditions of these campaigns will be organized by Codeida. Campaigns and special offers offered by Codeida for services offered for a fee, will only be valid for users who are already using the application. Users who benefit from monthly or annual paid memberships cannot combine their existing memberships with other offers and campaigns. Codeida reserves the right to make any changes regarding the content of campaigns and offers and to stop the execution of campaigns and special offers in advance and without notice.
The Consumer is a natural or legal person who acts for purposes that are not related to his commercial or professional activities, and the right of withdrawal regulated here is only valid for consumers. Since the Application is downloaded directly from the Internet by the User, the User has the right to withdraw by leaving the Application at any time or by uninstalling the Application from their mobile device. The right of withdrawal for in-app purchases is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the App Store or Google Play Store. In this case, the Company reserves the right not to refund the receivables and payments made by the User for the purchased services.
The Application is free, and additional approval will be obtained for the sales price, including all taxes, in in-app purchases. The User acknowledges and declares that the Company can unilaterally change the application price, in-app prices, campaigns, and packages at any time, and they will regularly check for updates and application information for the changes made. The User accepts that in prepaid monthly or annual memberships, no cancellations will be made, and no refunds will be made. The User accepts that prepaid campaign memberships will continue until the end of the period. Paid Services: Some of the Company's services may now or in the future be subject to payment ("Paid Services"). All payment terms notified to the User during the usage or membership phase for Paid Services are considered as part of this Agreement. Billing: The Company uses a third-party payment processor ("Payment Processor") to bill Users through a payment account ("Billing Account") for the use of Paid Services. The payment process will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. The Company is not responsible for any errors caused by the Payment Processor. By selecting Paid Services, the User agrees to pay all fees for the Services, as well as any applicable payment terms for each use of the Paid Services, and authorizes the Company to collect payments from the User's selected payment provider ("Payment Method") through the Payment Processor. The User agrees to pay using the selected Payment Method. Despite any requests submitted or payments made, the Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes. Payment Method: The terms of payment are subject to the agreement between the User and their chosen Payment Method or credit card providers or financial institutions. If the Company is unable to collect payments from the User through the Payment Processor for any reason, the User agrees to pay the full amount due according to the Billing Account upon the Company's initial request. Continuous Billing: As accepted by the User, some Paid Services may be services that include continuous billing after a one-time initial fee for first use. By selecting a paid service that includes continuous billing, the User agrees to the initial fee charged at the first use and all subsequent continuous billing and agrees that the continuous billing will continue until the service is canceled. The User can end their consent or change the payment method by notifying the Company in advance (with a document confirmed by the Company) until the cancellation of the service, as accepted by the Company. The Company may offer Users periodic payments (monthly, etc.) without obtaining consent in the future, even if payments have been requested or made. This notification will not affect payments made before the Company reasonably acts.
Listen Holy Quran does not request personal information (name, age, interests, email, etc.) from its users. Codeida does not share any user information found in feedback emails and social media messages for advertising or commercial purposes without the User's consent, regardless of the platform from which the information is obtained. No user information is stored on Codeida servers or computers. Codeida analyzes and interprets user movements and preferences as anonymous for the purpose of feedback during application use. These statistical data do not contain personal information and may be used by the company to improve the application to provide a better experience for Listen Holy Quran users.
